The rules for members were clearly laid out and included:

No one will be admitted under sixteen years of age

No intoxicating drinks, gambling, betting or bad language will be allowed

No member shall keep a paper longer than 10 minutes after he has been requested to give it up.

The Billiard table, and other games, are not to be used by the same persons for more than one game, if others are desirous of using them.

That no idle play be allowed in the Billiard Room.
